PAYMENT OPTIONS: We currently accept PayPal. It is safe and secure, and you do not have to have a PayPal account to use it.

SHIPPING: Our handmade items are shipped via USPS as soon as possible - usually within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs vary depending on weight and you will be shown the shipping cost for your item(s) during the checkout procedure, prior to finalizing your order. We do ship internationally!

PACKAGING: In an attempt to be environmentally conscious, we may reuse boxes, envelopes and other packaging material. We will make every effort to remove or cover up old labels that may be present. So please do not be alarmed if your packaging looks old... it is!

RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted. Because of the nature of our products, items may be returned if they are in the same unused condition that you received them in, with all original packaging. We will not accept returns on any items that appear to have been used. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item to make arrangements for a return/exchange/refund (minus original shipping cost). Customer will pay shipping for returned items, unless the items are damaged. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please let us know immediately and we will rectify the situation at our cost.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: We understand that sometimes you change your mind about an order. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Provided your item has not shipped, we will gladly change or cancel your order for you.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY & SECURITY: We understand that security and privacy are of the utmost importance to you. Our payments are processed securely, and your personal information is used only for order processing. We do not share or sell customer information with anyone.
